This training is designed for anyone wishing to immerse themselves in the art of coaching and practice this profession with efficiency and excellence. It enables you to develop the 8 core coaching competencies as defined by the ICF (International Coaching Federation).
From the very first days, participants are invited to adopt a coaching stance within work groups and pairs. This rapid immersion in practice allows for the integration of learning and the use of our experience in real situations. The pedagogical approach is aimed at facilitating the rapid acquisition of a coaching posture directly applicable in the field.
Each module includes, in addition to the theoretical part, practical exercises, role plays, structured feedback, and supervised sessions.
This training will allow you to acquire not only the essential foundational knowledge and an effective working methodology but also an innovative coaching practice aligned with your personality.
Certified by the ICF (International Coaching Federation) and recognized by the Luxembourg Ministry of Education, this training grants direct access to the ACC accreditation process.

Module 1: Definition, context, and coaching process
• Definition, context, and process of coaching
• Coach posture and imposture
• The 8 ICF competencies in relation to others
• Eliciting a specific objective: reversed perspective
• Feedback: philosophy and impact on the individual and groups
Module 2: Exploring self and understanding others
• Identifying and taming the shadow for better self-awareness
• Functional communication: linguistic structures and world perception
• Exploring, identifying, and understanding behavioral patterns of self and others and their interactions
• Coaching individuals, coaching teams
Module 3: Beyond visible individuality
• An innovative process for a structural biography (beyond visible individuality)
• The logical levels model (Robert Dilts inspired by Gregory Bateson): presentation and impact on coach, coachee, and teams
• Discovering ego states and their influence on decisions and behaviors: different types of transactions (Eric Berne)
• From the drama triangle to the compassion triangle (Stephen Karpman)
• Values, needs, beliefs, and behaviors: individual alignment and alignment of teams and organizations
Module 4: Integration of acquired skills and supervision
• Practical work supervised by ICF Mentors on the acquisition of ICF competencies in both individual and team coaching
• Teach-back and metacognition on acquired knowledge
