About the training

Day 3 – Trainer’s posture and presence

Day 4 – Managing participants
• Managing conflicts, tensions, and blockages
• Using the “Trainer-Coach Compass”
• Reading difficult behaviors through underlying needs

Day 5 – Diversifying pedagogical methods
• Learning and applying active pedagogy
• Learning styles
• Facilitating solution-finding and best practice sharing sessions
