The IIRHD is a professional training center dedicated to human and professional development.
We offer a wide range of certified continuing education programs in Coaching, NLP, Leadership, and Management, focused on the art of leading, self-awareness, and relational effectiveness.

Our programs in Human Resources Management provide essential tools for mastering intrinsic motivation, profiling, recruitment, potential assessment, and talent development.

We also provide Train the Trainer programs, promote psychosocial risk prevention through stress management training, and deliver personal and professional development seminars and workshops covering topics such as the Enneagram, self-esteem, confidence building, stress management, career orientation and development, as well as interpersonal and couple relationships.

The IIRHD also supports young people through dedicated workshops on career orientation and intimate relationships, helping them build their future with awareness and balance.

Finally, we regularly host conferences and themed evenings open to the public, exploring major topics in human development—to inspire, share, and foster growth.
