About the training
This three-day training will teach you how to read and assess others through their verbal and non-verbal behaviours, and how to use this skill to accurately evaluate their level of credibility and truthfulness.
In most interactions, the focus is on words. This tendency leads to a significant loss of information that weakens our ability to assess the credibility or truthfulness of our interlocutors.
During this training, as a participant, you will go far beyond simple word analysis — you will learn how to read and interpret communication through the five main channels (facial expression, body language, voice, verbal style and verbal content) and use them to better understand others’ true thoughts.
The Veracity and Credibility Assessment training covers the psychological models underlying truth and lies, as well as the skills required to identify “Hotspots” (situations where tension between what we think and what we feel produces a visible or audible leak through one or more communication channels).
This course is designed to help you read and assess the degree of truthfulness and credibility in what others communicate to you.
