About the training
This training enables you to master the basics of EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), an approach derived from energy psychology to soothe emotions, release blockages, and mobilize internal resources.
At the end of these 3 days, you will have acquired the fundamental skills necessary to practice EFT for yourself and your close ones. You will be able to apply basic techniques with your coachees on simple situations, helping them better manage their emotions and quickly and sustainably reduce their stress.
You will also be able to unlock present situations that sometimes appear stuck emotionally, by addressing resistances quickly and with an active approach from the client. You will be able to coach them by reinforcing the positive, their resources, their confidence in themselves, and in life.
