About the training
The training is aimed at PCC-certified coaches, with the goal of preparing them for MCC certification.
It proposes the use of interactive methods to enhance awareness, the ability to consider others’ points of view, emotional intelligence, and inclusion.
The training pathway establishes the conditions for participants to access their creativity and, through the knowledge they acquire, to shape their own personal style in the practice of the art of coaching.
The training adopts a supportive attitude through clear teaching objectives, a strong relationship of trust, the maintenance of presence and active listening, and it highlights awareness and growth.
It fosters a spirit of learning by encouraging mutual critical feedback, which is essential for the development of assertiveness.
All these elements enable students to develop a healthy critical mindset regarding their system of beliefs and values, as well as the impact of their shadow on their coaching practice.
- Through an academic learning approach, participants are invited to acknowledge and overcome their shadow side, limiting beliefs, and emotional life, and to transform them.
- Practical experiences, interactions, and dynamic exchanges among participants during the training journey represent the real added value of this approach.
- These elements help create the conditions for developing collective intelligence, opening the possibility of a creative approach to the art of coaching, both individually and collectively.
- The experience of this training pathway also allows participants to understand, in their relationship with the coachee, how to accompany them toward better self-knowledge, ideal alignment, and the achievement of their objectives.
