About the training
The training is aimed at PCC-certified coaches, with the goal of preparing them for MCC certification.
It proposes the use of interactive methods to enhance awareness, the ability to consider others’ points of view, emotional intelligence, and inclusion.
The training pathway establishes the conditions for participants to access their creativity and, through the knowledge they acquire, to shape their own personal style in the practice of the art of coaching.
The training adopts a supportive attitude through clear teaching objectives, a strong relationship of trust, the maintenance of presence and active listening, and it highlights awareness and growth.
It fosters a spirit of learning by encouraging mutual critical feedback, which is essential for the development of assertiveness.
