This training is designed for anyone wishing to immerse themselves in the art of coaching and practice this profession with efficiency and excellence. It allows you to develop the 8 core coaching competencies as defined by the ICF (International Coaching Federation).
From the very first days, participants are invited to adopt a coaching posture within working groups and pairs. This rapid immersion in practice facilitates the integration of learning and the application of our experience in real situations. The pedagogical process aims at the rapid adoption of an operational coaching posture. Each module includes, in addition to theoretical content, practical exercises, role plays, structured feedback, and supervised sessions.
This training will enable you to acquire not only the necessary knowledge and an effective working methodology, but also an innovative coaching practice aligned with your personality.
