Dr. Konstantinos Petsanis

Roles: MD, PhD Neurologist • Former Advisor (World Health Organization – Service Delivery & Safety) • Scientific Advisor

Heart: His work is driven by one priority: safer care for vulnerable people.
Science: Neurologist with long-term research and teaching experience, focused on cognitive, behavioral, and mood disorders in older adults.
Application: He brings extensive field experience in dementia care, quality indicators, and the use of technology and non-pharmacological approaches to improve service delivery. He has served as a scientific advisor for applied neuroscience networks and contributes to training for healthcare providers and caregivers.

Focus areas: neuroscience and dementia, healthcare quality and safety, service delivery, cognitive and behavioral disorders, caregiver training and human factors.

Mario Bucciarelli

Heart: He challenges people and teams to shift mindset when performance and pressure collide.
Science: Law background with advanced training in NLP, Ericksonian hypnosis, transactional analysis, the Enneagram, and emotional imprint work (CLEEN).
Application: He coaches private clients and organizations (including the health devices sector) with a systemic approach. He also brings high-performance experience from competitive sport and has trained coaches since 2012, including roles linked to rugby expertise.

Theodora Bouronikou

Céline Derochette

Application: She works with adolescents at risk of school dropout and adults in career transition, offering a practical approach that promotes sustainable engagement.

Rébecca Saintes

Application: With 15+ years of experience, she supports trauma and dissociation, addictions, and eating disorders. She also facilitates workshops and support groups for victims and contributes to conferences and training programs to raise awareness and build better practice.

Diana Rocío Sánchez Díaz

Roles: Clinical Psychologist • Brief Psychotherapist • University Lecturer

Heart: She supports families, children, and adolescents with approaches that respect context, culture, and resilience.
Science: Trained in Italy, with a Master’s degree in Research and 20+ years of psychotherapy practice.
Application: She has been a national reference point on substance abuse and served as a United Nations delegate on drug-use issues. She currently leads an international foundation focused on the transmission of ancestral knowledge, while continuing academic teaching.

Mauricio Galeano

Heart: He works on wellbeing where the load is real -caregivers, nurses, and frontline teams.
Science: Master’s in Applied Positive Psychology and postgraduate training in integrative coaching and counselling; ongoing doctoral research linked to peace and conflict studies.
Application: In the UK, he contributes to developing innovative mental health approaches within the NHS, integrating counselling and coaching with creative modalities. He also trains senior professionals in emotional awareness, behavioral reading, and credibility/deception evaluation (including Six Channel Analysis).

Leila Abid

Roles: Business Coach (PCC, ICF) • Career Orientation Specialist • HR Professional

Heart: She helps people stop “settling” and start building a career that fits who they are.
Science: Master’s degree in Human Resources (Hawaii Pacific University) and certifications in NLP, MBTI, DISC, OPQ32, PERF-ECHO and other assessment tools.
Application: After 9+ years in HR, she supports individuals in career decisions, transitions, and professional identity -combining evidence-based assessment with practical coaching.

Christophe Godfriaux

Max Meulemans

Science: 30+ years of training and coaching grounded in integrative models (behavioral science, NLP, transactional analysis, change management).

Mario Rastelli

Toufik Dakhia
