General conditions of registration

Registration : Your individual registration will be taken into account by the institute upon receipt of the completed order form. Registrations will be taken into account in order of arrival.

If the maximum number of students in a course is exceeded, a waiting list will be established. You will then be informed as soon as possible if a place is available. If not, with your agreement, your registration will be postponed to the next session or your deposit will be returned to you. Registration for an activity at the Institute implies adherence to the internal regulations.

Prices : Please note that our prices apply either to individuals and self-employed persons or to companies. In the latter case, your registration must clearly mention, in addition to your own, the company’s contact details, invoicing information and the signature of a person authorised to commit the company.
If required by the company, an internal order number.
For private individuals, instalment payments are possible on request for an administration and management fee.

Payments – Training :
Payments are to be made to the account of the International Institute of Research & Human Development:

Cancellation : The institute reserves the right to cancel a course in case of an insufficient number of participants or in case of technical problems. In this case, the deposit paid will be reimbursed or postponed to another session with the agreement of the participant. In the case of a cancellation by the participant notified in writing, 90% reimbursement of the amount of the course (with a minimum of €100 administrative fee) for cancellations made at least 60 days before the course. 50% refund for cancellations made between 59 days and 30 days before the starting module. No refunds will be given after this date, all modules for which the participant has registered are due. No certification will be issued until full payment has been received for the course for which the participant has registered.

For all promotional offers : (Early Bird, VIP, DUO, Youth, Family, Flash Sales, etc.) no refunds will be given, these offers are reserved only for individuals within the limits of available places. After sending the signed registration form, the participant agrees to pay the full amount for which he/she has subscribed to a promotional offer.

Training courses : Practical information about the location, start and end times, and catering facilities will be sent to you with the invitation letter before the start of the courses.

Rules and regulations of the Institute :

• These rules apply to all participants for the duration of the course.
• The prevention of accidents and illnesses is imperative and requires everyone to comply fully with all applicable health and safety regulations.
• The International Institute of Human Research & Development declines all responsibility for the disappearance of personal belongings, theft and accidents occurring during the course.
• The International Institute for Research & Human Development respects and applies the ethical code of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the European Coaching Association (ECA). Participants enrolling in our training courses are asked to respect the confidentiality of the discussions they will have in the context of coaching exercises with other participants.

Dispute resolution :
Any dispute relating to any of the operations covered by the GTC shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. All clauses in these GTC and all sales transactions referred to herein are subject exclusively to Luxembourg law.

The registration fees are eligible for state co-financing as provided for in the legislation on continuing professional training.
The International Institute for Human Research & Development is approved as a professional training organisation under number 122843.
