The ASSO© program is built around four key phases.

Participants and organisations work through:

  • understanding the organisation’s specific needs
  • observing the system before designing any intervention
  • identifying individual and collective patterns within the leadership team
  • building a tailor-made strategic accompaniment process
  • supporting the organisation through a discreet and efficient presence
  • accompanying transformation over a period of 9 to 12 months

The process starts with listening and observation. Only then is the accompaniment designed in partnership with the organisation.

This is not intervention by formula.
It is systemic transformation built from the reality of the organisation itself.
