EFT Practitioner

Stabilise emotions. Reduce activation. Restore inner safety.

Traumatic experiences can leave emotional traces that continue to affect thoughts, behaviours, relationships, and the nervous system long after the event itself.
When emotional activation stays unresolved, people may experience anxiety, hypervigilance, emotional overwhelm, avoidance, physical tension or difficulty reconnecting with daily life.

The IFPEC EFT & Simple Traumas Training introduces participants to the clinical foundations of EFT for the treatment of simple traumas.

Participants learn how EFT Clinical works, how to regulate emotional activation safely, how to work within the window of tolerance and how to support clients through structured
trauma-informed interventions.

This training is not about applying protocols mechanically.
It is about understanding emotional regulation, creating safety, and learning how to accompany trauma processing with precision, stability and respect for the client’s nervous
system.
