Ethics Integrity & Transparency

We firmly believe that operating with ethics, integrity and transparency directly helps us reach our vision, objectives and manage the business in a sustainable manner.

In response to ethics, integrity, and transparency related risks, we have developed a series of mechanisms establishing the guidelines that govern the ethical and transparent conduct of administrators and employees in their daily work, as set out in ICF Code of Ethics. Based on our ethical principles, we will reinforce the best conduct and practices in new international environments that hold growth opportunities for the company to contribute to social progress and development.

As a member of the International Coaching Federation, ICF, the International Institute for Research & Human Development, subscribes to the ICF Code of Ethics for each of the respective organizations. All team members acknowledge and agree to abide by and be accountable to the ICF Code of Ethics. The agreements each sign includes this: Agree to be accountable to the ICF.

The International Institute for Research & Human Development defines integrity as doing the right thing, whether anyone knows.

The International Institute for Research & Human Development defines transparency as being open and clear about policies, processes, actions, and ethics.

The International Institute for Research & Human Development intends proactive efforts in support of ethics, integrity, and transparency in all activities.
