The IIRHD ICF Level 3 training is designed for ICF Level 2 – certified coaches who want to prepare for ICF Level 3 certification and embody master-level coaching – human, inclusive, emotionally intelligent, and rigorously grounded, aligned with the 8 ICF Core Coaching Competencies.

This pathway develops with Heart and Science what the ICF Level 3 demands most: awareness, precision, and maturity.

What you will learn
